Content development, planning and production support services provided by 2BC

At 2BC we think that engagement is not a one-sided offer from the seller’s perspective, but rather it means a constant relationship alongside and engaged with customers (i.e., buyers). Based on this concept, we deliver one-stop services from communication design tailored for individual buyers to content planning and production. We support: utilisation from buyer purchasing activity; formulation of communication strategy that captures a series of cycles, including up to repurchases, and various processes (LifeTime Value); content planning that becomes necessary for each campaign derived from the strategy; and a variety of content production, such as e-mail, blogs, white papers, talk scripts for inside sales and sales manuals, and talk scripts during initial sales calls.
Communication Design

In communication design, we support content development and formulation of a series of communication strategies and communication policies in order to promote purchasing activities for the person in charge of purchasing who is guided by the formulation of your company’s own purchasing processes. The information and steps buyers need are different for each “purchasing pattern x purchasing participant x motivators,” but the communication steps and policies buyers should take are defined as design documents. Without this process, simply planned contents may proceed in a haphazard manner, so it is possible that marketing implementation may be quite different from the original engagement aims.

Content Planning

In content planning, we specifically design what kinds of steps and contents with which products should be delivered in order to promote the purchasing activities of purchasing participants, which are based on strategies and policies defined in the communication design process. We propose techniques according to customer conditions that can realize the best communication from among many content categories, such as market research, customer case studies, ROI calculations, product comparison, product demonstrations, etc. In order to make content production ready to start, moreover, we output concepts and main points for production based on interviews and related information from sellers and buyers who have experienced actual purchasing.
* With our company packaging and operating not only content production but also technology, one-stop support is possible.

Content Production

In content production, we materialize contents based on production policies that are defined in content planning processes from communication design. Blogs, columns and white papers are a given, but everything, including sales manuals and talk scripts for inside sales, can also be called on for engagement. At 2BC we make communication that leads to sales results a reality.
* With our company packaging and operating not only content production but also technology, one-stop support is possible.

Engagement-Strategy & Consulting, examples of actual results

Communication Design
Past examples / Examples of actual results:

Deriving user scenes through data analysis such as simultaneous and additional purchasing trends.
We defined the actual state of user purchasing scenes by analyzing large amounts of actual customer purchasing data and deriving what kinds of combinations and trends for additional purchasing there were. By giving body and substance to qualitative information with internal sales interviews and customer interviews, we designed contents for “patterns of actual buying and ease of buying.”
Deriving user scenes by formulating temporary models for customer purchasing
We held workshops with client staff, who were very experienced in sales, to formulate temporary models of customer purchasing. (This is a component of our company’s Sales Growth & Consulting service.) Inside teams, we formed hypotheses on what kind of customers will need what kinds of information and with what kinds of means they will attempt to get such information. Then, we summarized communication design for each customer.

Content Planning
Past examples / Examples of actual results:

Content planning that (combines / integrates) communication design
Combining user scenes derived in the design stage and of course past findings, and mixing in desktop surveys and customer interviews, our company’s content director made plans and main points into lists.
